DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN SUPPLIES?

No. A Plus Cleaning Service comes to your home with our own equipment so you can save on cleaning supplies!

WHAT ARE THE CLEANING RATES?

Rates are based on the size of your home or office and how often we service you. For more information, request a free estimate.

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

When you are ready to begin service, give us a call. Our working days are Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm but we are also available on the weekend.

DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE CLEANING?

For us to give you the greatest value & service, we ask that you take a few moments to pick up the miscellaneous clothing and items throughout your home.

DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR THE CLEANING?

No, it is not necessary for you to be home.

​IF I AM NOT AVAILALBLE, HOW WILL YOU ACCESS MY HOME?

Access can be obtained by a key to your home or a garage code. For security, keys are obtained by our owners. 

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE IN MY HOME?

We believe in one or two technicians per home resulting in a more detailed and thorough job.

How do i pay?

Payment is accepted by cash or check at the day of service. Checks returned with a nonsufficient funds will be charged a fee.

HOW DO I CANCEL A CLEANING?

It's not a problem cancelling a cleaning! Just let us know 48 hours in advance!

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, A Plus Cleaning Service LLC is fully bonded and insured.
